30 MINUTE STAIRMASTER
I mean, who doesn’t want to climb upstairs for 30 minutes creating a pool of sweat under the machine? Sounds appealing right?
The stairmaster is an odd machine, but is something that people will fight to have their time on it. I never found the need to climb stairs for a workout. I honestly cannot tell you why, but for the longest time I thought the stairmaster was the oddest and most irrelevant machine any gym could own. It is still pretty odd, but I must say, it is an amazing machine if you know how to workout on it.
After I began searching the benefits of a stairmaster and how to make the most of your time on it. I saw videos on interval training on the stairmaster. So, obviously, I tried it out. And, obviously, I fell in love.
It consisted of intervals of skipping steps, working the right and left side, sprints, and breaks. I switched it up and changed my speeds. I found a way to make what seems to be a boring workout into a staple in my exercise routine.
Warning: You will sweat. You will feel the burn. You will release those endorphins. And you will probably do it all over again.

Repeat 3 minutes - 10 minutes 3 times!
0-3 Min Warm Up @ 5
3-5 Min Moderate @ 8
5-5:30 SPRINT! @ 12
5:30-6:30 Cool Down @ 8
6:30-7 Right Side @ 10
7-7:30 Left Side @ 10
7:30-9:30 Skip One Step @ 10
9:30-10 SPRINT! @ 14
1 MINUTE COOL DOWN!
